U.S. Customers: All orders are shipped via USPS to the shipping address provided at check-out. Please confirm your shipping address at check-out to avoid delays as we are not responsible if the shipping address listed is incorrect. It typically takes 3-5 business days from the date of shipment to receive your order unless otherwise specified at check-out (i.e. 2-day Priority or Express methods). If your order has not been received by this time frame, please contact us. Once your order has shipped, we provide you with a tracking number which is sent to you in a shipping confirmation e-mail.

 

 

International CustomersWe ship internationally. It may take anywhere from 2-5 weeks at the most to receive packages. If your order has not been received by the end of the 5th week from the date of shipment, please contact us.
Please note that some packages may be subject to a customs fee/tax administered by your country. We try our best to do everything we can on our end to avoid these added costs, however, we cannot guarantee that these fees will not be administered.

Once your order has shipped, we provide you with a customs delivery number which is sent to you in a shipping confirmation e-mail.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clearance items are final sale. 

**A return/exchange form must be incorporated in your return package. To retrieve the return/exchange form and begin the return/exchange process, please e-mail orders@dahliaderanged.com with your order number.**


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within (3) business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds take anywhere from 3-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Please be patient. 


Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your item for the same item or even a different item, send us an email at orders@dahliaderanged.com to retrieve the return/exchange form to print and slip into the package with the unwanted item.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We strongly recommend purchasing a tracking number for any return packages. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible if it lost or stolen.
